2DC627Adiode arrays consisting of eight silicon, epitaxial-planar diodes, with separate

leads.

Designed for use in current switches and other switching circuits.

They are available in a metal-ceramic package with flexible leads, the type of matrix is

indicated on the package. The diode anodes are connected to pins 1-8, the cathodes of the

corresponding diodes are connected to pins 16-9.
