The 590KN4 chips are a four-channel analog switch with a control circuit (single-pole

switching, SPDT) and are designed to switch digital and analog signals in data acquisition

and processing systems, ADCs and DACs.

Each key pair has its own control scheme. Compatible with TTL circuits. CMOS

technologies have been manufactured and are used in special-purpose electronic

equipment.

A ceramic-metal rectangular case with double-sided leads for mounting on the surface

of the PCB.

They are marked with a numeric-letter code on the chip body.
